Hilti entrusted us with the development of its new office in Rolay Park Wilanów. On an area of 2500 m2, we created a workplace for 150 people in an open space system. The main idea was to design, make a place that improves the comfort of work and positively influences the well-being of the team.
The use of innovative lighting solutions, an intelligent conference room management system, make Hilti Polska’s headquarters modern and caring for the planet. At the same time, the design retains aesthetics and elements of modern design.

The relocation of Hilti Polska’s headquarters to Miasteczko Wilanów is the next stage in the company’s development. The commissioning of the design and realisation of a modern office by Re-Stater resulted in the execution of one of the most interesting projects on the Warsaw market. The main idea behind the project was to create a place that would become ‘Hilti’s new home’.
The use of intelligent systems for energy saving, lighting and intelligent conference room management make the design extremely modern and environmentally friendly. The implementation of numerous relaxation areas has a positive effect on the team and takes them into a temporary home environment
